Return
Policy
Eligibility
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items or items marked as final sale.
How to return
Contact us at alive.clothing77@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs
We cover the return shipping cost. Simply request a return and we will provide you with a free prepaid label. You won't pay anything extra.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
