1. About us

Alive Brand is operated by a private individual based in Tvrdošín, Slovakia. By placing an order on alivebrand.site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have any questions, contact us via our Contact page.

2. Orders

By completing a purchase on our website, you are making a binding offer to buy the selected item(s). Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or payment problems — in which case you will be fully refunded.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. We accept payment via bank transfer. Payment instructions will be sent to you after your order is placed. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship via Packeta to Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary. For orders from other countries, please include your country in the order notes — we will contact you within 5 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Return shipping is covered by us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For full details, see our Return Policy.

6. Consumer rights (EU/SK)

As a consumer based in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, in accordance with Slovak law (Zákon č. 102/2014 Z.z.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. You do not need to provide a reason for returning your order within this period.

7. Product descriptions

We do our best to ensure all product photos and descriptions are accurate. However, colors may appear slightly different on various screens. If you receive an item that significantly differs from its description, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Privacy & GDPR

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order (name, address, email). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties except for delivery purposes (Packeta). You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. In case of a dispute, you may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) at soi.sk for alternative dispute resolution, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
